ACTIVITIES IN MILAN

MILAN, – an industrial powerhouse, and the second-most populous city in Italy has recently beamed in the spotlight for hosting the 2015 EXPO- a world exhibition. Not only is it home to various Art collections old and new, it is a Mecca for designer shopping, and holds one of Europe’s biggest trade-fair facilities. It’s sparkling nightlife, its ever prestigious opera houses “La Scala”, and a religious addiction to calcio (soccer), are only some of the reasons the busting city is  popular among visitors,  not to mention the endless opportunities to eat the best of Italian, and Lombardy traditional foods including (Panettone, Polenta, and yes- the famous “cotoletta alla Milanese”- veal cutlet.) It’s magnifico in Milan!
