About the Villa

The villa is an old farmhouse, 600 sq. m., for 16 persons with 8 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower and a separate structure just for relaxing with a hydromassage tub for 12, gym, WC and shower. The house also boasts a private swimming pool, wide open spaces, a furnished garden for outdoor meals, an oven, a barbecue, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The villa is perfect for those who seek peace away from the chaos of the city, be it a family or a group of friends.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool

The farmhouse overlooks a large valley and is surrounded by lawn and paved areas with outdoor furniture, tables and chairs for dining outside, a stonework barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The garden in front of the house is where you will find the swimming pool with hydromassage, rectangularly shaped with a Roman staircase, measuring 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.8 metres. The bathing area is complete with elegant sunbeds, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a gazebo with tables and chairs with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. Near the pool, you will also find a separate structure with a large hydromassage for 12 persons and a breathtaking view of the famous crete senesi, a Technogym with exercise bike, treadmill and a bench with weights. Interior

The house has maintained its rustic Tuscan charm, with wood beams on the ceilings, characteristic arches made of red brick and a typical fireplace. The main villa is on two floors, with staircases both in and outside.The ground floor has a large living room with arches which has satellite TV, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with two beds with bathroom with shower and a washing room which includes a dryer. There is another double bedroom with bathroom with shower which has its own separate entrance from the garden. The two staircases lead to the upper floor with a dining/living room with large fireplace, a fully-equipped wooden kitchen, a reading room, 2 bedrooms with two beds each with bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower, and rounding up the top floor is a bathroom with bathtub with massaging jets, accessible from the corridor.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Check out by 9 am. Swimming pool available from May 11 to September 30. Pets are allowed at the fee of 30 euros per stay. The house is accessible from a narrow 2.7 km gravel road, sports cars or low cars cannot reach it but it’s perfect for SUVs.
