Villa Marisa is a new three bedroom villa near Sesimbra with it´s own private pool in a quiet residential area near Sesimbra and the beach.
Fully equipped and with a light and bright ambiance. On ground level an open plan lounge and dining area access through patio doors to a front terrace and to the pool terrace in the back. Kitchen and cloakroom complete the floor. Upstairs we find three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small terrace.
Villa Marisa is conveniently close to supermarket and restaurants, all within a very short drive. Sesimbra is at 5 kms distance.
