Your memorable experience start at Mesa Gonia Village, where you will admire the view from the outer space with layers of the black volcanic stone, pass through the Canava’s old functional spaces. After this short but impressive ‘’travel in time’’, the wine tasting of 4 varieties Pure Santorini Assyrtiko will stimulate your senses.

Learn about the winemaking process and the Santorini’s distinctive terroir in a refurbished old tomato factory dating back to the early 20th century. Experience the versatility of the predominant local grape Assyrtiko by tasting 4 top-rated wines produced on the island, under a pergola by the beach.

At your last stop you will reveal the magnificence of the volcanic microclimate from the native grape varieties. Also, you will have the opportunity to taste a 4 plates Lunch menu that is in perfect harmony with each of the wines.
