About the Villa

Casa Da Fruta and two independente houses are part of the same 33 Hectares Wine Estate with wine production in Minhos heart of Vinho Verdes Region, 8kms from Ponte De Lima and 8kms from Ponte Da Barca. With good road connections, A3 Motorway to Porto is 6kms and Porto is a 45min drive. 40kms to the beach and to Viana Do Castelo, A 30 minute drive. The Quinta dates back from the 18th Century and its main activity is the wine production, it is part of the Vinho Verde route.

Casa Da Fruta is a three bedroom house , light, bright and colourful inside and maintaining the exterior features of a traditional minho stone house. Kitcheb, dining and sitting room is on the ground floor . TV Cable is in the lounge and 3 bedrooms are on teh 1st level, one double with onsuite shower and 2 twins sharing one bathroom for 6 persons.
Should Luar and Fruta be let together as 7 bedrooms, the pool and garden is fully private .

Additional Information

The lower floor of the Luar is not used and is closed.
There is the possibility to rent each of the properties seperately, this would mean that the pool would be shared.
