COOKING CLASS RESTAURANT “CIN CIN”

We will venture to one of Palermo’s historic markets (Il Capo, La Vucciria or Borgo Vecchio) were we will purchase all the ingredients necessary to prepare our meal. Along the way, we will also taste some of Palermo’s most typical foods, such as “panelle” and “pane con la milza”. The lunch that you've prepared will be served with just the right Sicilian wine, and dessert accompanied by local biscotti and Sicilian dessert wine.

All the above excursions include a private car 1/2 seats or Minivan 3/7 seats at disposal according to the program chosen. For small groups from 3 to 7 people please refer to our Private Tours Offer in our Confidential.
We suggest to book a local guide HD (max 2 hours) for the visit of Piazza Armerina and also in Agrigento (to meet on the spot). You can also book a FD (max 8 hours) local guide for the whole day Segesta/Erice/Selinunte” or a HD (max 4 hours) local guide for the visit of Cefalù.
Important: a English Speaking Driver is a chauffeur specialized to drive you around Sicily. He is able to provide basic historical information and show you the main highlights. However, our English Speaking driver is not a Licensed Tourist Guide (Licensed Tourist Guide: are the only professionals -- with a Regional license -- permitted to conduct visits and tours in all sites and museums within a city) and he cannot escort you inside the monuments because this is not allowed by Italian Rules.
On request, you can hire a Licensed Tourist Guide, paying the supplement to have this extra service and generally meet your local guide on the spot to visit Churches, Museums and/or Archaeological Sites
