Best of Milos half-day private land tour!

The original Sightseeing tour of Milos This is a tour designed to include the best of Milos in one full morning, an ideal option for ‘island hopping’ packages, guests that wish to explore the absolute must-sees of the island in one day, delve into the history and culture of the island, or simply do not wish to have a vehicle on their own. The tour includes stops in:

-Papafragkas, cave (quick historical overview about the village of Phylacopi, but without entering the archaeological site)

-Sarakiniko, beach (40 minutes visit)

-Catacombs, site where Venus de Milo was found, ruins of ancient town of Klima, ancient theater (1-1,5hr stop, including visit to the Catacombs)

-Fish village of Klima or Mandrakia, for the traditional boathouses

-Plaka, (walk in the traditional alleys)

Duration:   10:00 – approx.15:00 (may also be offered as afternoon/sunset tour 16:00-21:00)
Includes:   0,5lt bottled water, midday snack, map, wet wipes, and hotel pick up/drop off depending on the area.
Does not include: Catacombs admission (for 2021, it was 4 euros/person), meals, beach towels, gratuities
Frequency: Daily, except Fridays; on Tuesdays Catacombs are closed.

Beach/Swimming supplement: The tour can be extended by an additional 2,5hrs to include beach/swimming visit to one of the magnificent beaches of Milos.

Note: The itinerary can change at the discretion of the guide to ensure the best possible experience of the visitors. Comfortable attire and sun protection is recommended.

Land Tours General Policies: All land tours depart from and return to Pollonia village. Pick up/drop off from Pollonia, Mytakas (White Coast Hotel), Adamas is included in the rate of the land tours. Pick up/drop off from the Milos Cove hotel is an additional 120 euros/service (1-4 pax)

Land Tours Cancellation policy:
-For cancellations up to 5 days before the tour, no cancellation fees apply.
-For cancellations up to 3 days before the tour, 50% cancellation fees will apply.
-100% cancellation fees apply afterwards. All cancellations must be made in writing.

*There are currently no certified guides on Milos. All tours are carried out by our group of experienced escorts, with guaranteed expertise and knowledge of the history, geology, and culture of the island.

*Cancellations or modifications of the itinerary of the tour are possible, depending on the prevailing weather conditions.

*Covid update: All our vehicles are meticulously disinfected after every tour and are equipped with the recommended PPE, all our personnel abide by the recommended personal protection measures and all land tours are only available on private basis, to avoid exposure of the guests to other groups of people. Like our personnel, guests are also required to wear a mask in the vehicles. For indoors sites (e.g Catacombs), vaccination or Covid testing documents may be required of the guests for entry, according to government legislation.
