Le Residence dell'Oscano is an old farm-house property which includes the magnificent Neo-Gothic Oscano's Castle. At this farm a large rotating mill stone (still in place but no longer in use) would make wonderful olive oil. The farm continues to produce the finest olives, making high quality olive oil today.

Special Cooking Lessons on the Castle Premises:
Our own chef organizes cooking lessons in the traditional Italian way in our wine shop.Our cellar, based on the famous ancient cellar of the count Telfner has more than 200 types of Umbrian wine. The group will also have an opportunity for wine-tasting. Costs of the cooking lessons are daily. You may take a one day course to five days course. The cost is $150 (rate subject to change) per day, to be added onto the cost of the stay at the Residenze dell'Oscano.

IL CASTELLO
The Castle is a period residence plunged in the tranquillity of the verdant Umbrian hills. The rooms are simply and elegantly decorated, and equipped with every comfort. There are between 11 suites and junior suites of about 40-50 square meters, all of them furnished with the lovely antique style of the 17-18th century.

LA MACINA DELL'OSCANO
La Macina dell'Oscano is a farmhouse surrounded by about 250 hectares of a centuries-old tree park. It has been restructured into 13 self-contained flats which provide every comfort. Each one of these apartments can be occupied by up to 7-8 persons, depending on the number of rooms required.
There is a minimum stay of one week, Sat. to Sat. Check-in is 4pm - 8pm, check-out is 10am. Each apartment has all comforts, including a kitchen with all implements, and color satellite TV. In every apartment we can add 1 extra bed, at extra cost. Facilities include outdoor swimming-pool, 2 horse-back riding schools, tennis courts at one mile, a fishing lake and a 27 hole golf green
