This is a complex of 13 farmhouses spread over a 200 hectare estate, 10kms from Umbertide in the direction of Lake Trasimeno, in Umbria´s high Tevere Valley with splendid scenic hills 700m above sea level. The farmhouses, originally owned by the Baglioni, an important family from Perugia during the age of the ´Signorie´(dominions), were all occupied by the families who worked on the farm up to the 1960´s. They have now been renovated and divided into pleasant apartments of various dimensions (two rooms, three rooms, four rooms) and furnished in Umbria ´Arte Povera´ style. The reception and the bar are situated on the ground floor of the main farmhouse which houses the apartments named Fattoria, Molino, Colonica and Dependance (apts. n°1 to n°12) with the riding stables nearby. The restaurant is 800m away in Podere Montoni (apts. n°13 to n° 21) and a children´s playground. Proceeding left for 800m is Podere Caibassi (a separate self-contained house n°35). Proceeding right from Montoni for 600m is Caisanti (roughly 1,5kms from the Fattoria) where apartments n°22 to n°24 are situated along with archery ground, tennis courts, football field, swimming pool (10 x 20 open May/Sept.). 200 m further on is Podere Palazzetto (apts. 26 to n° 29). The Penna farmhouse (apts. n°30 to n° 33) is 1,5kms from the centre of the farm in the direction of the riding stables. This farm holiday complex offers guests the chance to spend a relaxing holiday close to nature with the additional advantage of a variety of activities: swimming pool with children´s pool, riding stables, tennis, five-a-side football, archery, children´s playground, jogging/exercise track, mountain bikes, bowling.
