HIKE TROUGH THE NATURE PARKS IN THE DOLOMITES
(EASY TOUR; INDIVIDUAL, SELF-GUIDED TOUR)
The Dolomites, a real experience of nature, idyllic mountain lakes, lush alpine meadows,
green woods and the legendary Dolomites accompany you on your trip through the three
nature parks. Starting at the famous Pragser Wildsee you follow the path along the
plateau Plätzwiese and carry on to the former Olympia town of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Walking at the foot of the Three Towers (“Drei Zinnen”) and the “Sextner Sonnenuhr”
enjoy the unique mountain panorama and carry on past mountain huts and pastures
back to the starting point in Hochpustertal.

Easy hiking tour - You follow well marked paths.
1st day: Arrival in Hochpustertal (Niederdorf)
Individual arrival at the hotel in Niederdorf. 
2nd day: Niederdorf – Pragser Valley – Pragser Wildsee – Niederdorf; approx
300-500 m in altitude / approx 3-5 hours
Today’s hike takes you to the Pragser Valley through the Kaserbach Valley below the
impressive Kleinen Gaisl mountain, along a peak path and on down to the idyllic Pragser
Wildsee.
3rd day: Niederdorf – Plätzwiese – Gemärk – Cortina d’Ampezzo; approx. 600 m
in altitude / approx. 5 hours
Walking alongside the Stolla Stream you come to the same named Stolla Hut and to the
so called cliff pictures, erosions by water and weather, and to the plateau Plätzwiese.
Having crossed the plateau you climb down through the Knappenfuss Valley to Gemärk,
the border between South Tyrol and Belluno. The end of the hike today is in the former
Olympic town of Cortina d’Ampezzo in the middle of the Dolomites.
4th day: Cortina d’Ampezzo – Faloria – Passo Tre Croci – Misurina: approx. 400
m in altitude / approx. 5 hours.
Take the cable car to Faloria and then walk along the path to the Passo Tre Croci
enjoying the impressive view of the surrounding mountains Tofane and the Sorapis
group. End the day with a cappuccino or a cooling ice cream at Lake Misurina.
5th day: Misurina - Auronzo – Drei Zinnen (Three Towers) – Sexten; approx.
300 m in altitude / approx. 4 hours.
Today you walk past the famous Drei Zinnen (Three Towers) to the Drei Zinnen Hut.
Carrying along the Dolomite’s Path and through the Altenstein Valley you will come to
one of the prettiest side valleys of the Pustertal after Sexten. Enjoy the view of the „Sextner Sonnenuhr“, the Einserkofl, the Elferkofl and the Zwölferkofl (mountain peak). 
6th day: Sexten – Rotwandwiesen - Kreuzbergpass – Sexten; approx. 400 m in
altitude / approx. 5 hours
The starting point of today’s hike is the Rotwandwiesen, a mountain pasture surrounded
by mountain peaks. The hike carries on below the Rotwand to the Kreuzberg Pass.
7th day: Sexten – Haunold – Innichen – Niederdorf; approx. 400 m in altitude /
approx. 6 hours.
Through the Innerfeld Valley to Antoiusstein and from here, below the Hauonldköpfl, you
will reach the mountain station of the Haunold cable car where you can admire the view
before going down into the valley.
