Thermal springs: The thermal complex, enclosed in chestnut, oak and pine woods, extends downstream from Fiuggi. It comprises two hydrothermal facilities: the Bonifacio VIII Spring and the Anticolana Spring. The Bonifacio VIII Spring was built in the early twentieth century in an elegant Liberty style. Nowadays, the striking portal is all that remains of the original design. In fact, in the 1960s, the internal facilities were thoroughly reorganized in open spaces and areas under roof where daring architectural elements made of concrete are set against the luxuriant vegetation. Treatments: The Fiuggi water carries on its therapeutic activity in a variety of ways. It determines the expulsion of renal calculi and prevents their formation, while proving extremely indicated in the preparatory stage and post-operating treatment in case of urinary calculosis surgery. Furthermore, this water is an effective remedy for the infections of the urinary tract and, thanks to its action on the metabolism of uric acid, proves beneficial in the treatment of gout and uratic arthropathies. Even though the Fiuggi water is bottled and distributed throughout Italy, it should be drunk at the spring to make the most of its benefits. There are quite a few reasons for taking the waters “on the spot”, first of all the special life style that the Fiuggi guests love to adopt.

The Finnish sauna, located in the hotel garden, is a dry heat bath with temperatures of pproximately 80 - 90°C. Sauna baths followed by cold showers help boosting your immune defences, and enhance your stress and strain coping skills.
The wet area: Enter this magic world of baths, sauna, chill out tunes and scents. Relax and recover you energy. The Bio-sauna 50°-60°C, with its 50% humidity rate, is a regenerating sauna experience. It facilitates the elimination of toxins thus benefiting both your cardiovascular system and your muscular tone.
The Calidarium Bath 45-48°C is a Turkish bath with 98% humidity rate. Hot steam helps regulating skin pH, it cleanses your skin and moisturizes it.
In the Mediterranean Bath or Herbal Bath -65° C, natural herb scents can be inhaled through steam with a beneficial impact on your respiratory system. The deep perspiration caused by steam and heat, especially in some parts of the body, facilitates the elimination of toxins and a general natural detoxification.

Raxul Spa Cabin: This modern version of the ancient Roman thermal baths guarantees total relaxation and wellbeing. The warm bath, steam bath, or Roman bath enhance the effectiveness of the additional treatments: mud baths, aromatherapy or sea bath salts.
Hammam Chamber: First you enter the so called Calidarium, an aromatic steam bath, to prepare your skin to the following treatments. You then lay down on a warm marble bench for a massage with soap, also known as “gommage”. Your body will then be rinsed with lukewarm water and strewn with luxurious oils.
Armanda hydrotherapy tub: The flow of tiny drops used in this balneotherapy tub recreates a massage-like feeling on your body. The water flow stimulates lymphatic reactions, releases stress and has a relaxing effect.
Relax Area: Before going back to real life, spend some time in this special area. Sip your tea or have a small reading, to smoothly readjust to the rhythm and sounds of the outer world.

Family: We have seen to a lot of innovations for 2005 in order to cater for the whole family: golf, horse-back riding, soccer, and tennis lessons, tours in mountain-bike, cycle trekking, enological and gastronomical tours, cooking, painting and pottery lessons and, last but not least, fitness.
