The Hotel has 81 guest rooms, all elegantly decorated and furnished with en-suite bathroom, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, room fridge. The rooms come in three different classes, "Standard", "Comfort" and "Superior". Also available are "suites" with sitting room (and some with a whirlpool bathtub, others with a balcony). Disabled persons can rent our single rooms that meet EEC standards. There is a complete bathroom for the disabled on all floors. The hotel has gorgeous rooms in the attic, which are both Standard and Comfort.

Therme: The waters bubble up to the surface on Mount Panarotta at 1,582 meters in elevation. The rain water draws minerals from the rocks it comes in contact with, which are part of the crystalline island of Cima d'Asta, taking many months before reaching the cave. The mineral waters of Levico are unique around the world and were treasured back in the 16th century. These waters are classified as arsenical and chalybeate springs due to the presence of arsenic and high iron content of the water, components that can impart a sedative effect on the nervous system through an anti-oxidant mechanism. When used only for baths (balneotherapy), the arsenic and iron composition of the water lends its precious qualities to resolve a generalized affliction such as anxiety. In addition, recent studies conducted have confirmed the effectiveness of the mineral springs waters of Levico in treating afflictions affecting the upper respiratory passages, caused by the polluting agents in smog. This prized characteristic is due to the effective anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial action due to the significant presence of sulphuric and phosphoric ions. The particular effectiveness of the springs is used in fangotherapy treatments, which help alleviate rheumatic aliments of the locomotor system: primary and secondary arthrosis, neurodystrophic and psychosomatic rheumatism, rheumatic and psoriatic arthritis in dormant phases, and the after-effects of rheumatic ailments and fractures. The spring waters have an unparalleled effectiveness in treating ailments of the thyroid, the skin and the gynaecological complaints. Therefore, in its one hundred years of history, this mineral springs spa has successfully proposed new and advanced solutions for ailments which involve the majority of the population. The Centre has 40 cabins for Mineral Springs baths and mud treatments, Massage and reaction rooms, Inhalation Room, Medical Centre, Beauty Treatments, Fitness Centre, Pool with whirlpool.
