A vast band of green Umbria a constantly moving landscape, rich in spring water and enhanced by the presence of castles and farmhouses, whose profiles are outlined by the rolling hills. Here man’s activity has not created any disorder, instead through wise design of the farms and farmlands they have contributed to make this central region of Italy so fascinating. Le Terre del Verde: a perfect microcosm which is briefly: 550 hectares in size where hills, streams, valleys, wild woods which seem unexplored, areas dedicated to cultivation and animal farming, together create this amazing scenery.

Nestled in the heart of the estate the village hotel is a complex, which was originally built in the 11th Century. It has now been fully restored and is a new reference point for tourists to Umbria. Framed by the unspoilt nature of Badia Val di Rasina, the hotel offers 50 rooms in 3 different farmhouses, all are elegantly furnished with all the comforts, with the greatest respect for the great historical and artistic values that encompass this place.

The farmhouse is immersed in the splendid Umbrian countryside in the 11th century medieval village complex. Internally restructured, it consists of two elegant apartments of approximately 80m2 each is situated on the 1st floor: living room (sat TV) with fireplace, about 25m2, 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin) of about 12 and 25m2 respectively, bathroom with bath and shower. There is a garden at the guest’s disposal which is furnished with a childrens’ play area and private parking and the use of the swimming pool is included in the price.

The two apartments are situated adjacent to the medieval village complex. They are immersed in the splendid Umbrian countryside. Comprising of Living room (Sat TV), with fireplace (approx 25m2 ), corner kitchen (hob, fridge) with dining area (12m2), 2 double bedrooms (between approx 12 and 25m2), bathroom with bath and shower, total area of the apartments is about 80 -90m2, making it the ideal place to spend unforgettable relaxing moments surrounded by nature and good taste.

The flag ship of the complex is the restaurant. It has also been carefully restructured. The intimate and welcoming dining room, which is on two floors provides guests with the opportunity to taste the best traditional Umbrian dishes. These are prepared using organic home grown produce, products of excellence of the highest quality and absolutely traceable. We have chosen organic farming: eco-friendly, nutritional content and the qualities of the food that excite the senses and we don’t use chemicals. Certified by the IMC (Istituto Mediterraneo di Certificazione).

The Health farm is set in the suggestive frame of unspoilt nature of Badia Val di Rasina, where you can enjoy treatments for both mind and body in an intimate and private atmosphere, which will make your stay unforgettable. The 500 hectare estate offers the possibility of doing lots of sporting activities, some of these are walking, trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding through the 40km of roads and footpaths on the estate; fishing in the private lake (if you have a licence) including the Rasina stream where the Fario Trout live; tennis, football and five a side football in the outdoor sports centre, swimming in the outdoor pool next to the hotel, archery and bowling game in the equipped areas.
