The apartment suites, converted from the old Manor House, are furnished in typical Sicilian fashion. The rooms, adjacent to the spring, are sheltered behind woods with flourishing vegetation where one can embark on pleasant country strolls.

The Centre exploits the health bearing properties of its pure waters which gush forth from the spring.
