Restaurant Centrale is open every day, for lunch and dinner and is the ideal spot to host all your events, whether a romantic candle light dinner, a huge party, a buffet, or lunch and business dinners. We have live music (classic, jazz, swing soul), cabaret performances and the like. Our chef creates the most elaborate dishes and varies daily in order for our guests to try the marvelous and typical cuisine of this region, an extraordinary journey for your senses! Hotel Centrale's bar has a wide selection of menus whether it be for breakfast, appetizers, or elaborate cocktails. Its also ideal for a coffee or tea break among friends. Buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00am and offers many typical Italian foods as well as fresh fruit, homemade desserts, cappuccino and espresso.
