Situated in the area of Cinisi (Terrasini) with splendid panoramic view over Punta Raisi and the Gulf of Castellammare. Palermo Airport is about 5 km and Palermo downtown - about 30 km. Villa is built with typical local materials such as stone with wood and terracotta, with antique furniture. The villa is organized on two levels. Around the house there is a wide veranda with stone arch and wooden roof, from where you can access the elegant and refined living room with stone fireplace. Elegant staircase twists up to the first floor. The hall is connected with the dining-room as well as with a small corridor which leads to the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Stone stairs go down to the private wine cellar, open to guests (charge for wine, paid locally). Laundry is off the kitchen. The main bedroom is very spacious with view over the garden, with wardrobe and bathroom with shower. Second double bedroom. The main bathroom on the ground floor has majolica tiles, with tub. First floor has entrance hall, conversation room with original banks with comfortable pillows. A wide arch leads to further room, also very expansive with sofa beds and studio corner. Also on the first floor is one double bedroom and two bedrooms with twin beds, all nicely furnished. The adjacent bathroom has shower. All bedrooms have garden view and sea view a few kilometres away. Outside has swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbeque set and ovens suitable for preparing food. The dining area has table and banks and the external kitchen is equipped with utensils and household facilities. Air-conditioning and heating during winter available. Caretaker available. Also maid or a cook for cooking dishes on spot. These further services are on request and paid separately. Parking available inside courtyard. |
