In its outskirts widely extends "il Parco delle Madonie" (Reserve of the Madonie mounts) with its ancient and small rock-villages: Castelbuono, Petralia, Ganci…while Palermo is 60 Km away instead. La Loggetta is surrounded by wide equipped areas and a huge luxuriant garden with oaks, junipers, cluster pines, aromatic and ornamental plants. The comfortable and well-maintained residence is endowed with original architectural elements such as artisan-brickwork pavements, handicraft-decorated majolica coatings, ceilings with visible wooden timbers and have been furnished with ancient style furniture, valuables and coordinating fabrics. The bedrooms, spacious and comfortable, have been furnished with taste and personality and keep the original wrought-iron beds yet. The living-room and the kitchen look on to the large open gallery (50 sq. m) which is furnished with garden furniture (table, chairs, deck-chairs) while on the backside of the villa - on the upper level - there is another court equipped for open-air dinners (external kitchen, oven backing with wood, barbecue, shower).
