Comfortable villa situated in a sunny and quiet location in the vicinity of Balestrate, small bathing locality placed on the northern coast of Sicily, exactly 40 km on the western side of Palermo. In its outskirts there are some very interesting localities such as Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Trapani, Segesta. The villa is placed inside a small estate with olive trees, ornamental and aromatic plants and has a large terrace with arcade equipped for open-air dinners (furniture, external shower, barbecue, oven backing with wood). The insides are spacious and well- subdivided, have all the necessary comforts and have been furnished with ancient style furniture and good taste. The villa represents the ideal residence to enjoy the beautiful beaches composing the Gulf of Castellammare and to visit the most interesting places of western Sicily.
