PIZZA COURSE:
I'm sure this will be very appreciated from all the attendants to this very interesting and well-organizated course.
I suggest two different options:

1. RESTAURANT PIZZERIA "GALLO NERO", of Greve in Chianti.
Course will start at 09.00/09.30. During the 3 hours, the attendants will really learn how to make the PIZZA. They will make the mixture, then can choose to do two or three different kinds of pizza. After the cooking, around midday, they will eat it all together.

2. RESTAURANT PIZZERIA IN FLORENCE.
Same as above.
