The American Hotel is the only hotel as part of Thermal Park Spezzano, surrounded by a forest of pines and eucalyptus over 10 hectares. Built in the late 50s, it is now renovated with modern facilities. It has 44 guest rooms in a central building on 2 levels, and 51 residential units in “dependance” Hotel Bellavista and Vallesaro on 3 levels, only 15 meters away.
