Small hotel residence, the restoration of an old 1930´s charcoal store. The structure has been tastefully renovated restoring the simple lines of the original building. The architectural details, such as the use of stone, age-worn brick and wooden beams together with the aquamarine shades of the outside walls, all blend in perfectly with the Tuscan landscape. This complex is located on the road which leads from the medieval town of Paganico to Mount Amiata and the production area of the world-famous Brunello di Montalcino wine. It is in fact set on the Montecucco wine route, less famous than its neighbouring counterpart but of excellent quality and enormous potential. Riccardo and his wife, who personally run the complex, will be more than happy to suggest itineraries in the Tuscan Maremma and in the southern province of Siena. There is a beautiful swimming pool (6 x 15 m. - open June/Sept.) with Jacuzzi (4 x 4) in the courtyard behind the hotel which overlooks the Tuscan countryside.
