The property extends for 30,000sqm. on a hilly area, which was previously an olive grove, at the border of an ancient forest, 20 hectares of which are at the guests' sole disposal with its trekking paths and resting areas. Located in the commune of Montaione in Val d'Elsa, 20 km from San Gimignano and 50km from the three most important Tuscan cities of art: Florence, Pisa and Siena which are easily reached by car in an hour. Facilities include English garden, swimming pool with hydromassage, lit tennis court, woodlands with walking paths, mountain bikes free to use. In the village are typical restaurant, bar, market. The apartments are furnished in a rustic style typical of Tuscany. They all have independent entrance and private loggia. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven and cooker. The cozy living room has a wood-burning fireplace. A telephone and satellite TV are also provided. Every bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. Independent central heating with temperature regulator and consumption measuring.
